Safeguarding

Our trust is committed across all our schools to providing a safe and secure environment for children, staff and visitors. We aim to actively promote a culture in which everyone feels confident about sharing all concerns they may have about their own safety and well-being or the safety and well-being of others.

We promote a positive safeguarding culture by recognising that the right values, behaviour and attitudes are key, whilst providing opportunities for pupil voice to be heard and understood.

Our Trust Board has established a Safeguarding Leadership Group who are responsible for ensuring that the quality of safeguarding in our schools is of the highest possible standard. Our trust staff operate as authentic, inclusive role models and our leaders demonstrate their commitment and understanding of safeguarding through the permeation of safeguarding values within school curriculums.
